AvenidA Mountain Lodges Kaprun offers studios and suites for 2 to 8 people. Suites consist of a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living area with a flat-screen TV, and one to four bathrooms. The bathrooms include a toilet and a shower or bathtub. Each has a balcony or terrace. A studio (25 m2) includes a double bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a terrace. A 1-bedroom suite (45 m2) features a bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub, a living area with a sofa bed, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large terrace. A 2-bedroom suite (58 m2) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. A 3-bedroom suite (70 m2) has three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, two to three bathrooms, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden or balcony. The 4-bedroom penthouse (100 m2) includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms with shower or bath, a living room, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, and a balcony.

The resort features a modern lounge bar called 'The Lodge', where drinks are served. A varied, regional breakfast can be delivered to the door. Each apartment and studio has a fully equipped kitchen with pots, dishes, and cutlery. A Nespresso coffee machine and capsules are provided. Breakfast boxes are delivered from 8.00 am.

The resort includes a spa area with a sauna, infrared cabins, and a relaxation room. A heated ski room is available. Over 400 km of hiking trails and biking routes are accessible. Winter activities include skiing in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area (300 km of pistes), tobogganing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, and winter hiking.

AvenidA Mountain Lodges Kaprun Resort is in the centre of Kaprun, 500 m from shops, bars, and restaurants. The bus stop to the Kitzsteinhorn, Schmittenhöhe and Maiskogel is 130 meters away. Landmarks near the hotel include Sigmund-Thun Klamm (2 km), klammsee (3 km), and Votter's Oldtimer-Museum (2 km). The hotel is accessible by car from Munich via the Siegsdorf exit. Parking spaces are available in the underground garage.
